This policy explains what information therapy to love collects through this website, how it's used, and who it's shared with. It covers the website only — not the confidential clinical records created once you become a client, which are governed separately by a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices provided at the start of care.
What we collect
We collect information you choose to give us directly. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics on this site.
- Waitlist signup: your email address, if you sign up for updates about the book or upcoming courses.
- Consultation booking: when you book a free consultation through Calendly, we collect your name, email, and any answers you provide to scheduling questions (such as what brought you to reach out).
How we use it
- To schedule and prepare for your consultation
- To notify you when the book or courses become available, if you've joined the waitlist
- To respond if you reach out directly by email
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted services to run this site and our practice. Each handles information under their own privacy and security policies:
- Calendly — scheduling and consultation booking
- Netlify — website hosting and waitlist form submissions
- Alma — insurance verification and billing, for clients who use insurance
Sensitive information
Scheduling questions may ask what brought you to seek therapy. Please share only what you're comfortable including in a booking form — this isn't a secure clinical record. Detailed personal history is best shared directly with your therapist once care begins, within the confidentiality protections of the therapeutic relationship.
Data security
This site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Children's privacy
This website and the consultations offered through it are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18 through this site.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your waitlist email at any time by contacting us below. If you'd like a copy of any information we hold about you from a booking, reach out and we'll respond promptly.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
